If you live in inner Melbourne you may have seen Len Goldsmith from Fantastic Plants doing green deliveries on his Chike electric cargo bike. Len runs a brilliant indoor planter box rental service for homes and businesses. Here he is loaded with 10 plants, two planter boxes, a trellis, a ceramic pot and sundry other items.
Len loves that his Chike allows him to avoid traffic and pull right up to customers’ doors without worrying about finding parking.
He rides it to and from the city every day and says it hasn’t missed a beat and the cargo limits are still being discovered!
Chike also comes in a kid-carrying version with a fully enclosed weatherproof cabin.
